Spot Treatments
A spot treatment means we will treat where and only where you are having active termites. This service is by far the most inexpensive and comes with very short warranty periods, and it normally doesn’t offer coverage for your entire home, just the areas treated. Sometimes this is a great option for treatment, especially when trying to buy time to put a plan in place or if it is done along with a monitoring system.

Conventional / Traditional Treatments
At All Pest Solutions we will give you lots of conventional options. The less termite entry points you have the more options for treatment you will have and vice versa. For example, if after a complete inspection of your home and we only find termites in one location outside and nowhere else. Your options would be starting with a spot treatment which is treating ten linear feet or less. That spot would come, based on price increases, with multiple warranty options up to and including a warranty on the entire structure which is renewable for up to fifteen years. You could just do an exterior only treatment, which comes with a whole house warranty covering the inside where no treatment even occurred for up to fifteen years, “renewable warranty”. You could also choose a whole house treatment, choosing to foam plumbing, (no drilling) or drill plumbing, or do both it is up to you. See many companies only give you one option, treat the whole house. We at All Pest Solutions give you all possible options and educate you on the differences and let you choose.

A termite pre-treatment is just a surface treatment that is done to the soil of a home at the beginning stages of construction. We go in and spray the entire surface of soil that the foundation is poured on, with termiticide. It is very effective way of eliminating termite attacks through plumbing and other entry points in and about the slab. This particular treatment is longer lasting because the concrete slab provides excellent protection for the chemical to stay in place and undisturbed beneath the slab. Call for more details or any questions.

Borate Treatments recommended termite service
Borate is a mineral salt that when added to wood it becomes a property of the wood. Wood with borate on it will not be consumed by termites. We highly advise that you do this treatment rather than or in addition to a pre-treatment for several reasons. It is more effective and lasts a lot longer. The borate mixture is sprayed onto the entire floor level wood frame of the building. It lasts for a very long time becuase once the walls are put up it is sealed in permanently, not to be distrubed. It also costs less than most other treatments, and is just as effective. Note: Borate treatments can only be done in the beginning stages of building; generally once the frame has been put up.

WDI Termite Inspections
Virtually almost every real estate transaction requires you to have a WDI. This is a report that discusses the findings of any wood destroying insects. We at All Pest Solutions pride ourselves in honest and reliable inspections.

Exclusive Termite Protection Plan recommended termite service

Summary Highlights:

  • $1.00 per linear foot of a foundation gets your home a termite protection plan for one year (the average home is 200 linear feet).
  • Must pre-qualify by means of free inspection.
  • Can be paid in quarterly increments when accompanied by pest control service.
  • Read below for more details!!

As you know our position here at All Pest is to cover most all of your basic bugs for one general cost, (excluding termites). What if I told you that you could add a termite protection plan to that, would you be interested?

All Pest Solutions offers a Termite Protection Plan to all of our customers for a much smaller price than normal treatment costs. The whole idea is rather simple, it is like having termite insurance. Just as you have home, auto or life insurance. Many have asked why no one else offers this, it is simple, there is too big of a risk. Statistically every home comes in contact with termites so insurance companies don’t want to risk everything knowing that you will at some point have termites.

So as your pest control company we offer you this protection, after all we do know what to look for and how to solve the problem.

Why have no other pest control companies offered this, you may ask. It is simple, greed. It is too much of a risk for them to give up the big jobs to offer such a protection. Plus, until recently we haven’t really had a product to stand behind. Termidor is the new solution that has changed the industry. It is the first termiticide that can wipe out a colony; it is the newest tool to help pest control companies to have an effective weapon against termites. Even after fifteen years of worth of Termidor studies, other companies still won’t give up the big sales to use a product that really works.
Here at All Pest we are willing to take that risk. We have been using the product for over five years and it has been nothing but an asset for both us the company and you the customer.

To get started you will have an inspection on your home completed. Upon inspection of your home or business; if it does not have uncorrectable conducive conditions or signs of termites we will offer you this Termite Protection Plan. Some conducive conditions are correctable, if they are we will point them out to you and they must be fixed upon the start of the protection plan. Some houses may not qualify but you will not know until we come and inspect. Upon inspection of the home the technician will draw a diagram of your home and for $1.00 a linear foot we will annually warranty your home. The average home is about 200 linear feet, making the renewal 200 dollars, but the average termite job for that house is about 2,000. What a difference! We would rather you pay a lower price than a substantial amount all at once, and you can also divide the cost up to pay it quarterly with your pest control service. So for approximately fifty more dollars, quarterly, you could add termite protection to your home.

However we are not saying we will do a 2,000 dollar termite job for 200 dollars, we are allowing you to manage it quarterly and annually so you don’t have to pay for it all at once. All Pest Solutions will inspect your property each quarter and upon the findings of termites it will be treated using Termidor and the price remains the same. We will perform whatever treatment necessary (at our discretion) to fix the problem. It is a fixed cost for ongoing inspection and treatment when needed.

By no means are we outweighing the option of treatments, they have their pros and cons but it you ask around our customers will agree a protection plan is a great value and option.

Hurry and call to set up your inspection and see if you qualify for this appointment. This is just another way for us to exceed your expectations and to support our motto “experience the ultimate in Value, Integrity and Trust.”

Basic Information
As a home owner there are several bits of information that you should know before purchasing a termite treatment.

  • Your homeowners insurances will not cover termite damage or treatment in your home or business.
  • Annually, termites do more damage than every natural disaster combined.
  • A 24x8 foot area can be consumed by a single termite colony in only one year.
  • Termites have been here for ages; they even survived the Ice Age and will continue to be here once we are gone.
  • Termites can build their colonies to be about as big as a basketball, underground. There is an average of 500,000 termites in one colony; they are social insects just as bees and ants are.
  • There are six members to a colony, such as: a queen, king, worker, soldier, secondary reproductive and alates or swarmers.
  • The average termite colony inhabits about 2 to 5 feet below the surface. They are below the frost line and above the water table; this is how they’ve managed to continue living for so long.
  • When gathering food, studies show, that a single colony will consume from an area about the size of a golf fairway.
  • Within the termites foraging territory they may have thousands of sources for food that they gather from daily, and they are constantly searching for new ones.
  • In Texas just one acre of land could be consumed with as many as twelve colonies.
  • Although termites are a social insect they do not socialize with colonies outside of their own.
  • Although there are six different members to a colony on one of them does the eating: the worker. It is the only termite that has the one celled organism, protozoan, in his gut to break down the cellulose in to sugar, which they eat.
  • The workers feed all of the other termites in the colony.
  • Every year around April is when termites usually swarm. Once the reproductive termites, known as swarmers, make it outside they discard their wings, begin to mate and then burrow back into the ground to make new colonies.

Truly knowing the underlying facts may persuade your decision in purchasing a termite treatment from us. In my professional opinion gathered from the facts and entomologists all around the world, I believe termites never go away. Sure you may stop them from entering a barrier, or even wipe out a colony but history has already proved that they will create other colonies and sustain life as usual. I’m telling you this because several customers just assume that us treating for termites means they will forever be gone, but nothing could be further from the truth.

When choosing a termite treatment it makes the most sense long term to choose a plan that will provide ongoing protection and to purchase it from a business that you can trust to have all of the latest methods, chemicals, and know how to do it and do it right. We at All Pest Solutions stand behind what we sell.

All of the information we are introducing you to is not tell you should not purchase a spot treatment. We will give you all of the options and information you need to make a wise decision for your home or business. We are professionals, we want you to know exactly why it is you’re buying. It is also important to know that you can choose a short term solution for a long term problem; or you can pick a long term solution for a long term problem; the choice is yours. Luckily here at All Pest Solutions we have affordable answers for all of your needs. Below are some options:

More Information on Termite Service
Up until about ten years ago conventional treatments were the most effective way, other than spot treatments to service your termites. When chlordane was outlawed in 1989 the continuation of this treatment became limited. Chlordane was very effective and virtually had a shelf life of infinity. After chlordane was outlawed chemical manufactures had to find an alternative, and they failed miserably all throughout the nineties. After this fail, came the attempt to start the baiting and monitoring craze, in which I have explained below. In the late nineties the chemical companies finally got it right, they finally created a termiticide like Termidor, Premise and Phantom. Every other termiticide created before these were simply repellents and EPA’s restrictions wouldn’t allow them to stay around long. Termites can no longer detect the chemicals, and since the chemicals have to come in contact with the termites, rather than repel, this method is working quite nicely.

This is by far what All Pest recommends.  The good news is when using new termiticides like Termidor, Phantom and Premise the non repellant treating options are endless. Unlike in the past or if you’re still using a repellent termiticide, you had to treat everywhere, drilling through slabs next to all plumbing, drilling all patios or separate pieces of concrete, and trenching and treating entire perimeters. When using non repellants and new foam technology, many times, based on your level of your attack, you can get by with less treatment. As well as choose to foam plumbing, above the slab, or in the wall versus drilling holes.

Let me explain. First do your research on Termidor so you understand the difference. Non-repellants allow for less treating, because when introduced to termites and the colony is eliminated, control is to be gained without treating everywhere. Don’t misunderstand me, the textbook answer is to treat all known entries, it is still the best option by far and you could choose to foam plumbing above the slabs versus drilling through the slab and all of your bases are covered. All I’m saying is not everybody can afford a Lexus when a Toyota will do.

At All Pest Solutions we are honest open and transparent, no scare tactics, no pushy salesman who are trying to close the deal, that is not how we do business. Truth is we have been using Termidor since our inception, and we have treated thousands of houses and I can count on one hand how many re-treats we have had where termites have come back. Our success rate is almost perfect regardless of which option the customer chose.
I get asked a lot which is it more effective, foaming above slab in the wall or drilling through the slab beside plumbing and pumping product in and around the plumbing? We at All Pest have been offering the foaming option for four years and not a single retreatment has been neccessary to date.

Most companies send a commission sales person to your house, unlike us, with All Pest Solutions the salesman and the treater are one in the same, chances are that a commission salesman does not even know how to treat. The reality is that the commission salesman is new and up-coming to the industry. Make no mistake there is no replacement for hands on knowledge and years of experience.

I, Wendell Daniel, owner and founder of All Pest Solutions make it a point to be at or to supervise every termite job.  There is a difference and we are the difference. If a company’s cost or bid seems too good to be true, maybe it is. A major area where money saved is normally less product/chemical used. Product choice, product placement and proper amount used is what makes a treatment most effective, followed up by a company with a good history of treating success and a warranty for you to fall back on just in case; is as good as it gets. We at All Pest Solutions can provide all of this and more, why don’t you give us a call?

Termite treatment in Dallas, TX. Termite control in Dallas, TX can be a difficult task due to several factors including geographical location, and terrain. The trinity river that flow through the heart of Dallas create a wonderful environment for the termite population to flourish and increase in numbers substantially. We also take into account a great population in Collin County is rather close to large bodies of water, such as Lake Ray Hubbard, and Lake Lavon. These areas such as Wylie, Lavon, Rockwall, Rowlett, Garland, Allen,TX all contain the moisture needed for a subterranean termite colony to flourish. Even when the drought that we all know exists here in Dallas and the suburbs every summer takes hold, it does not effect the termites as you think it would. It drives them deeper into the ground, thus harder to treat for; another effect it has is to drive them into structures containing moist wood.
